REFRIGERATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING MECHANIC - ASCO 4312-11

If you are planning to migrate to Australia as a skilled migrant you will need to have your qualifications and skills assessed as part of your visa application.
The Australian Government's Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) is ultimately responsible for consideration of your visa application. You are required, however, to have your skills assessed by a designated assessing authority before lodging your application.

The DIAC has commissioned assessment authorities according to your occupation to assist you in this process.
Working as a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Mechanic in Australia requires evidence of an appropriate level of skills and practical experience. This fact sheet is designed to provide information to help you have your skills and qualifications assessed for migration.

Step 1. Read the DIAC Booklet 6 – General Skilled Migration
It is essential that you read DIAC Booklet 6 – General Skilled Migration as it will help you understand the steps involved in applying for your visa. This booklet is available in hardcopy from Australian embassies and consulates, and can also be downloaded from the DIAC website.

It contains information on basic requirements for migration and processing visa applications as well as a points test and self assessment.
Step 2. Assessment Procedure
To process your application the DIAC will need to classify your skills and qualifications by Australian standards. The DIAC has nominated Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) as the assessing authority for the occupation of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Mechanic.

In conducting an assessment, the following factors will be considered:
· formal training and experience, or
· solely on-the-job experience
· skills, knowledge and experience equivalent to an Australian trained tradesperson

Step 2a. Supporting Documents

As part of your TRA trade skills assessment you will also be required to provide supporting documentation. The required documents are listed on the assessment application form and include:
· evidence of completing a trade or trade related course
· statements from employers
All documentation must be certified true copies. Note that the name, status and address of the person certifying the copy must be clearly evident. Wherever possible, an official stamp should accompany their signature.
You may need to keep a copy of these documents for purposes of employment so please make sure you keep a copy for your personal records.
Step 2b. Send in your application form
Send your application form to TRA with the required documentation and assessment fee.
Once your application, supporting documents and assessment fees have been received the assessment process can commence.
TRA will then send you a written statement indicating that your skills either meet or do not meet the Australian requirements to migrate as a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Mechanic.
If your assessment advises that you meet the requirements, you can submit this statement with your DIAC visa application.

· Visit the DIAC website to obtain comprehensive information about the Australian government requirements for migrating to Australia. Read through DIAC Booklet 6 – General Skilled Migration.

Mozes da se pakujes :)

Tvoje zanimanje "tehnicar termickih i rashladnih uredjaja" je na MODL (lista jako deficitarnih zanimanja) i dobijas 60 poena za to plus jos bi treba da dobijes oko 20 na iskustvo u tom poslu sa jos 25 na godine 5 srpski i engleski da prodjes i eto prevalio si 120 kojih je potrebno za najtezu kategoriju.

Da li toliko moj zanat deficitaran ? Ali taj engleski mi je problem, nije meni problem konverzacija nego sama pomisao da moraš da znaš preko 5, e to je moj problem.Ima li neka solucija da ne moraš da polažeš taj engleski ?

Engleski moras da polazes, zapni i uci mislim da bi mogao unutar godinu dana da savladas ako se potrudis. Ipak IELTS i nije tako strasan ispit samo treba naci dobru skolu i da im kazes zasto ti treba da bi te bas za to spremili.

Iskreno, treba ti par meseci da radis i mozes dobiti 5 iz sva 4 dela.
Znaci, imas gomilu materijala na Netu i odatle mozes bez problema da ga spremis.
Uputstva za pripremu dokumenata, ostavio sam par strana ranije, a, mogu ti poslati i na mail.

IELTS: 10 Mistakes You Must Avoid

The process of studying for IELTS can be overwhelming. It always is of great importance to one’s future and the stakes are usually high. Among countless rules of IELTS it is easy to loose focus and begin drifting in the wrong direction, especially when you have nobody to guide you. This is the reason why people don’t receive the score they really deserve. Here are the top 10 mistakes IELTS candidates make.

Give more answers than necessary
As I have already mentioned in one of the previous articles, instructions are there for a reason. If they say “give one answer” or “answer in 3 words”, this is exactly what the examiners will be looking for, and if they find two answers or four words – points are lost forever.

Write answers in the booklet, not on the Answer Sheet
Of course, writing answers on the booklet margins looks more natural then having to copy them to some special Answer Sheet. Well, surprise – the only answers IELTS examiners count are those copied to the Answer Sheet. Every answer written on booklet margins only scores zero.

Lose track of time
During Reading and Writing sections it is candidates’ responsibility to manage their own time. No one will tell you to stop working on the current task and to move forward to the next one. So, in worst case scenario, you could spend all the time working on just one passage, when there are 3 more to go.

Waste a lot of time on one hard question
All IELTS questions are of different difficulty. It is wrong to assume that every next question will be harder than the previous one. This is why getting stuck on one hard question is a bad idea. By moving forward to some easier questions you could win points, which otherwise would be lost.

Read the whole passage first in Reading section
Those passages are not meant to be read. It is enough to scan through the text, noticing what the text is about and what the purpose of each paragraph is. After getting familiar with the passage, it is the time to read questions and look for answers.

Assume they know the answer
There is an old saying “Assumptions are the mother of all mess-ups”. Many people walk right into this trap, by reading the question and assuming that they already know the answer from their experience or general knowledge. What a mistake! The answer is what is written in the passage and not what comes first to your mind. If, for example, the question is “Does smoking cause cancer” and your mind says ”Yes” but the passage says “No”, then “No” is the correct answer.

Copy the task in Writing section
Let me list reasons why this would be a mistake. First, instructions forbid this. Second, you don’t get any points for it. Third, it wastes precious time you could use writing something meaningful.

Not checking the answers
It is only human to make mistakes and there is nothing wrong in admitting it. This is a good enough reason to check and double-check your answers if there is time left.

Trying to impress the examiner
What usually happens when a person starts trying to impress the examiner is usually the opposite. Be the best you can at your level, don’t try to claim a higher level you are not at. Don’t start trying to use super complex sentences or big smart words (without being sure what they mean).

Answering with “Yes” or “No”
When examiner is asking you a question, it is not the answer he is after. His goal is to make you speak. As for you, every chance to speak is an opportunity to show how fluent your English is. Answering with “Yes” or “No” ruins every chance of good grade.

Pošto tvoje zanimanje spada u grupu 4 ,Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic ASCO Code 4312-11 ( ovaj broj ti počinje sa 4) na IELTS-u ti treba min ocjena 5 iz sve 4 oblasti (ne overall - prosječna ocjena) reading listening, writing and speaking.

Znači moraš postići da iz svega navedenog imaš min. 5.0 da bi ti Au priznala IELTS rezultate.
Moji su bili:5;4;6;5; , tako da moram ponovo na polaganje zbog ove četvorke, iako mi je overall 5.0 !

Da bi išao u Adelaide možeš ići na bilo koju vizu ali sve zavisi od toga da li imaš nekog sponzora(rođak), država, poslodavac ili pak ideš kao Independent.

Pošto se bliži 1. septembar i "čuvene" promjene u viznom režimu su tu, sačekaj da vidimo kakve će biti nove vize.Dotad, reci ovdje kako bi ti išao, da li imaš nekog tamo itd da bi smo znali da ti pomognemo onoliko koliko mi znamo.

Za početak bi tražio sponzorstvo od države SA, a imam neke prijatelje u Adelaide ali nismo u srodstvu. Kažu da je za porodične ljude Adelaide pravi RAJ, na svakom koraku su parkići za decu a i veoma je miran grad u odnosu na ostale veće gradove.Inače IELTS planiram da polažem ili u Skoplju ili u Sarajevu, Bgd je kažu najgori za test. Ajde prenesi mi tvoja iskustva sa testa.
