A gledano sa legalne strane, sta ako ta wireless mreza bude bila tretirana kao fajl-trejderska, tj. piratska?

Naravno, svi bi mi da se 'razmenjujemo', ali recimo ako u jednom trenutku neko tu mrezu vidi kao konkurenciju moze bez problema da je ocrni kao izvor piraterije (izmedju ostalog) i da neko krene da pleni tu AP opremu po terenu, tj. ako ne budu bila definisana neka pravila ponasanja na mrezi. Any thoughts?

mislim da nema opasnosti za to jer niko koga ja znam se nece upustati u razmenu nelegalnih fajlova... ja sam bar, kad god se pricalo o razmeni filmova, mislio iskljucivo na umetnicke filmove evropske i istocne produkcije koje domaci distributeri slabo ili nikako ne otkupljuju pa za njih nema ko ni da stiti autorska prava... primeceno je da na do sad postavljenoj mrezi vlada posebno interesovanje posebno za ovu vrstu filmova...

p.s. postoji i freenet...

What is Freenet?
Freenet is free software which lets you publish and obtain information on the Internet without fear of censorship. To achieve this freedom, the network is entirely decentralized and publishers and consumers of information are anonymous. Freenet is not just theoretical, it has been downloaded by over 1.2 million users since the project started, and it is used for the distribution of censored information all over the world, including countries such as China and the Middle East. Ideas and concepts pioneered in Freenet have inspired hundreds of academic papers in the fields of computer communication, security, and law. Freenet has also received significant coverage in the mainstream press.

Sto se tice piraterije, istom logikom moze da se skoci i na provajdere, pogotovu sad kad svi pocnu da pustaju flat free kablovske i slicne linkove...

Ukratko, ne moze mreza da najebe, nego individualni korisnici.

da, stitimo se kao i kazaa, nije kriv SWCN sto neki(citaj: svi) to koriste u nelegalne svrhe.

Ja sam isto u krnajaci kao i ImPlant,mislim da ynam ko je on ali nisam siguran.Interesuje me cena opreme. Ako uletim da li mogu da sharujem za korisnike hdd ka read only(imam 3 hdd,120,40,40 na kojima drzim uglavnom filmove koji ce se pojaviti u sledecih nekoliko meseci).Nalazim se do poste koja je najvisi objekat na ovoj strani pa bi mozda mogao da se uradi mini repetitor od mene za ovu stranu.Bilo bi lepo kada bi svako od korisnika imao po nesto sherovana tako kada zatrba nekom nesto da ne jurca po netu(crackovi,filmovi,trejleri,drajveri...)Neka mi neko javi dokle se stiglo sa projektom i koja je trenutna brzina mreze.
