-So I bought this heater, as well as 2 others to compare and select the best one. And to my utter disappointment I found out that this heater, just like the other 2 I bought, doesn't have an option to keep the steady temperature in the room, without constantly working as a fan.
My old and cheap space heater had this feature that I'd set a temperature, say 21 degrees C, the space heater would warm up the room to this temp and turn off. It would turn back on once the temperature in the room drops significantly to warm it up to 21 degrees again. Well this space heater doesn't do that. Once it reaches the target temperature it just continues humming and using electricity in fan mode. How dumb does the manufacturer have to be to not include this simple and basic feature? Therefore it's a 1 star. Don't buy this crap.
-Once the set temperature is reached, the heating element will turn off, but the fan remains on continuously, causing discomfort.
-The fan runs non stop no matter what the temperature is. The heat turns off by the temp setting but the fan keeps running, making unnecessary noise and wasting power.
