Senior Automation Engineer
We are looking for experienced test automation engineer to join an ongoing project as a leader for small and medium projects. The job assumes working in a large investment bank in an international team operating in a global environment collaborating closely with other teams in UK, US and other countries. Fast career growth, foreign business trips, the opportunity to participate in a large multi-year development programme focused on the renovation of the applications responsible for the reporting of financial risks and profit&losses are the key benefits of this position.
Minimal requirements:
• Experience of working as a software developer or automation engineer - 1 year+;
• Good knowledge of Java or C# programming languages;
• Good communication skills (ability to explain solutions proposed for juniors);
• Good English skills (reading technical documentation, writing reports, communication with client and foreign team members).
Preferred requirements:
• Knowledge of scripting programming languages (Groovy, Python);
• Experience in software architecture development for small and medium systems/applications;
• Good knowledge of networks, web services;
• Experience in small frameworks creation and development;
• Knowledge of any IoC framework and basic parts of enterprise-related stack for the platform candidate is familiar with (e.g. Spring, JMS, Security, XML+XQuery, SOAP etc);
• Good spoken English.
Responsibilities:
• Auto tests creation (including framework development);
• Code review and refactoring management;
• Testing tools verification, installation and troubleshooting;
• Running automated tests, verifying results and investigating issues, assisting team leader in technical analysis.
Conditions:
• The position assumes full time job in the company office;
• Remote or part-time work is not an option
• The office is near the Belgrade Fair
• The salary depends on work experience, interview and tests results. Starting salary for this position is between USD 1000-1300 depending on work experience, interview and tests results
