C Software Engineer

We are looking for senior C software engineer.
Key activities
• Specification and requirements management of new functionalities
• Independently perform requirements analysis – translate user requirements/use cases to system requirements
• Independently perform system design – translate system requirements into system and component design
• Perform coding – translate designs into software code
• System and software design of individual components and interfaces
• Perform unit testing – verify software components on functional, stability and performance level to design
• Perform assessments – review change requests for estimation on effort. Adopt high level approach towards implementation of the change, technical implications for the product or system
• Perform maintenance – resolve software problems reported from the deployment of the product or systems by delivery of a software patch
• Documentation of new or changed functionality
• Root cause analysis based on the solved incidents and propose structural preventive improvements
Skills
• Completed academic degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in ICT
• Good social and communicative skills
• Languages: excellent English, both verbally as well as in writing
• Result oriented, analytical attitude
• Team player, yet able to work autonomously if required
• Experienced in working with customers; available to travel as business requires
• Capacity to maintain structure and order in dynamic environment
• Experienced with traditional software engineering life cycles
• Knowledge of Software Configuration Management
• Knowledge of coding standards
