Our client Sony is the leading manufacturer of audio, video, communications, and information technology products for the consumer and professional markets. In order to support their further expansion on the Serbian market Adecco is searching candidates for the following position:
SERVICE COORDINATOR
Job summary:
The chosen candidate will organize and control the services operations in territory of Serbia and Montenegro and ensure that customer’s needs are satisfied in accordance with Sony policy, legal requirements and according to Sony Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
High school or university degree (electrotechnical background)
Previous experience with various software and IS solutions is required
Fluency in English
PC literacy
Valid driving license
Main responsibilities:
Providing technical support to business partners (Authorized Service Centers, dealers and customers)
Coordinating activities of Sony Authorized Service Centers
Responsible for pre and post sales support
Communicating technical values and providing technical trainings
Handling e-service solutions
Maintaining Information System in the office
Warranty card maintenance
Organizing service logistic
Regular field visits & audits
Analysis of service and customer requirements in region
Providing service information to the Service Manager and Market Manager
Providing accurate and timely territory reporting
Candidate’s profile:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
High efficiency, flexibility and good time-management
Customer oriented approach
Willingness to travel and to act independently
