Sales/Office Manager in Belgrade
We are looking for a self-motivated and self-managed person who will be given a unique opportunity to make a career leap by starting our Sales Office in Belgrade.
Your role will be to start the Sales Office and manage the sales of our products. Once the sales organization has been set up you will be able to reach the needs of the market by growing the sales organization of Troxo and employing more sales agents.
Your key responsibilities will be:
In the first stage:
• Creating sales leads.
• Sales of Troxo products to potential customers by mail or phone.
In the second stage:
• Grow the Sales Office.
• Manage sales agents.
• Market research and finding new ways to reach the market.
We are looking for a person with the following experience and abilities:
• Experienced in sales and telesales. Preferably in IT.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (and yes, we will test it).
• Skilled computer and Internet user and a fast learner of new programs and Internet services.
• Creative, goal oriented, proactive and self driven.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Dedication to grow his/her career together with the growth of our company.
