Problem sa bežičnom tastaturom i mišem

Kupio sam bežičnu tastaturu i miša Logitech, i problem je u tome što nemogu njome raditi u BIOSU, tačnije moram starom žičnom tastaturom raditi u BIOS-u. Takodje bez stare tastature nemože se podignuri windows. Tražio sam u biosu da podesim ali nema takva opcija gde se tastatura i miš mogu podesiti da se nime može raditi u BIOS-u.

Da ne otvaram novu temu, imam sledeći problem sa tastaturom.
Tasatatura je logitech s510, US raspored tastera.
Kada kucam sa EN (english) tastaturom svaki put kada treba pod znake navoda ili apostrof da napišem neku reč prvi znak " se pojavi tek pošto otkucam naredno slovo, a u slučaju ' isto se dešava samo što tada u slučaju nekog slova, npr C, pojavljuje se ono francusko slovo C sa kukicom dole, a ne 'C kako bi trebalo.
Ima li neko ideju u čemu bi bio problem?
