Koristim Norton internet security 2006. već duže vreme i od juče mi prijavljuje grešku 3021,4! Mislim da je problem sa Live Update ali nisam siguran, Da li neko zna u čemu je problem?

Error: "Norton AntiVirus was unable to scan your Instant Messenger download for infections" (3021,4)

Turn off Norton AntiVirus Instant Messenger

STEP-1- If the (3021,4) error message keeps you from seeing the Norton AntiVirus interface, then drag the message out of the way.

STEP-2- Start Norton AntiVirus.
If Norton AntiVirus is part of Norton Internet Security or Norton SystemWorks, then start Norton Internet Security or Norton SystemWorks.

STEP-3- On the program interface, click Options.
If you see a menu, click Norton AntiVirus.

STEP-4- On the left side of the Norton AntiVirus Options screen, click Instant Messenger.

STEP-5- Under the section headed "What instant messengers to protect," uncheck all of the items, and then click OK.

STEP-6- Restart the computer, and then go on to the next section.

Run LiveUpdate to download the latest Norton AntiVirus program update
STEP-1- On the Norton AntiVirus, Norton Internet Security, or Norton SystemWorks program interface, click LiveUpdate.
Download all available updates, and restart the computer if you are asked to do so.

STEP-2- Run LiveUpdate again until you see the following message:
"Thank you for using LiveUpdate. All of the Symantec products and components installed on your computer are currently up to date. Remember to check for new updates frequently."

Hnala ti na poruci, ali veruj mi sve sam pokusao, pa i to, naravno, biop sam na i na sajtu Symanteca, ali sad i nije vazno, morao sam ga deinstalirati! U svakom slucaju, ponovo ti hvala.
