1 - Systems Architect
Our busy development department seeks creative and innovative colleagues in the field of Database and Software Development.
The Job: The system architect will be part of a dynamic team that respectively maintain and innovate the systems used to support our business including products, customers and infrastructure. Specifically the candidate will analyse an existing MySQL database environment and document the existing infrastructure where needed. In addition the candidate will be part of formulating the strategy of bringing the existing environment into a new database.
Qualifications:
The applicant has a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the following areas:
• MySQL
• Perl
• Unix
• Linux
Knowledge and working experience within below disciplines are an advantage:
• JAVA
• ORACLE databases
• Version Management (Subversion)
• HTML and CSS
• JavaScript
• XML
• PHP
Education:
The candidate has a relevant degree in computer engineering, data sciences or similar competences
Personal qualifications:
• Innovative
• Well structured
• Analytical
• Go for the result
• Can handle more tasks at the same time
• Team player but a strong will to perform independent
