Problem sa BH i isporukom
Narucio sam mp3 player pre nedelju dana ali evo danas mi stize mail:

This email is being sent to you with regard to order # ********
that you placed with B & H. Your package(s) were returned to us by the delivering
carrier.
There can be various different reasons for this occurrence. Some are due to
incorrect or incomplete addresses or information. Packages are also returned to us
because the recipient moved, or just go unclaimed after three delivery attempts.
Please advise me on how to proceed with you particular order. We will gladly reship an
item to our customers. It is just a matter of understanding why a particular package was
"returned to sender", and correcting it.
If it was a duplicate order, or perhaps you just changed your mind and refused the
package, please indicate if you would like an exchange item, store credit or a refund.

Kada sam narucivoao primetio sam gresku, da oni prilikom racunanja troskova transporta ispisu samo Montenegro. Ne znam je li to problem ili sta vise?
Jel mozda problem taj sto mi se adresa u licnoj ali i na koju je dobijena kartica, razlikuje od one koju sam dao? Mada da je to problem ne bi ljudi cekali nedelju dana?
