Internet Manager / Director
The candidate should be prepared to migrate to Zagreb, Croatia and work in fast growing online department.
Internet Director will be responsible for managing and development of online business in company and delivering upon the revenue goals of the business.
Core responsibilities:
* Lead start-up team of marketing and business people
* Initially focus areas will be strategy, internet marketing, content and traffic development, public relations and finance
* The primary success criteria for the position are:
* traffic and content development
* number of private and professional customers
* revenue and profitability
Additional responsibilities:
* Managing P&L
* Managing Online department (category management, marketing, customer care, sales)
* Planning and executing Online Strategy (operating plans, project management, resource allocation)
* Customer acquisition and content development thru category management
* Managing marketing activities (offer development, marketplace assessment, promotion, communication planning, brand positioning, public relations)
* Traffic development (search engine marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, online campaigns)
* Growing the team
* Cooperation with Competence Center for technology roll
* Lead and participate in best practice sharing initiatives across Trader internationally
Job requirements:
* Leadership personality, strong entrepreneurial drive and very results oriented
* Energetic, dynamic, creative with very good communication skills
* Ability to achieve best results with limited resources
* Marketing and Business development experience
* Knowledge of Internet industry, trends, etc.
* Familiarity with Online Marketing and eCommerce
* Familiarity with Web Site development
* Experience with project management
* English speaking (fluent)
