Win2K SP3 There - But Not Officially Released

http://download.microsoft.com/...rm/SP/SP3/NT5/EN-US/w2ksp3.exe

As is often the case, what would appear to be a final version of a system update has been made available for download, but not officially announced or otherwise acknowledged. Today we have Windows 2000 Service Pack 3. This direct link to the file will get you a 124MB package that would appear to be SP3 in all respects, but I can make no guarantees. I've installed it on a test system with satisfactory results, but until we have an official release, one can never be sure that this version won't be replaced at the last minute.
