(Pitanje se odnosi pre svega na one koji trenutno koriste 2co)

Zdravo svima.


Pre nekoliko dana sam se registrovao na 2checkout i u startu imam, cini mi se, veliki problem sa podesavanjima.
Pre nego sto krenem sa opisom problema, samo kratko da napomenem da imam prilicno iskustva u standardnom medjunarodnom transferu novca (wire odlazni/dolazni).

Dakle, u delu "1. Bank Account & Payment Details" se podesava bankovni racun na koji 2co prebacuje sredstva kada se za to steknu uslovi. U formularu za upis podataka o racunu, postoje sledeca polja:

Payee,
Currency,
Release level,
Bank name,
Bank phone,
Bank address,
Bank city,
Bank state/province,
Bank postal code,
Bank country,
Bank account number,
Bank swift code,
Sort code or other code (This is not required by all banks),
Bank account type.

U njihovom help-u postoji screenshot istog formulara i tu se lepo vidi dodatno polje "Special payment instructions" sa objasnjenjem da se tu upisuju podaci kao npr. "intermediary bank".

Njihovoj tehnickoj podrsci sam poslao upit sledece sadrzine:

The "Banking Wizard" will only ask you for information that is necessary for that payment method, all fields must be completed. To find out the correct information to enter into the "Banking Wizard" I will have to ask you to consult your bank or financial institution. If your international bank has a US corresponding bank that your payment will be transfer through, to avoid any additional charges or complications with your payment you will need to enter the routing number for the corresponding bank into the field where it ask for your banks swift code (you will not need to enter your banks swift code into any field if this is the case). Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your account.

Naravno, konsultovao sam sluzbenika moje banke koji je prokomentarisao [ironicni citat] Sta, ovi bi da se igraju bankarstva? [/ironicni citat]. Zatim je dodao da ne moze da savetuje popunu formulara kako ne bi odgovarao ukoliko pogresi, obzirom da je potpuno nestandardan (Sta ce im svi ovi podaci o banci; njima trebaju ti podaci o tebi...) i dao mi standardno uputstvo za wire uplatu iz inostranstva.

Dakle, kako da ispravno popunim ovaj formular?
Od podataka imam ono sto daju sve nase banke kao instrukcije za wire transfer, dakle: moji osnovni podaci (ime, adresa, broj racuna), podaci banke (naziv, adresa, sediste, SWIFT), podaci "correspondent" banke (broj racuna (?), naziv, sediste, SWIFT).

Nisam siguran da mogu bas pravilno da spojim ove dve stvari, a prilicno mi je bitno i hitno...

Unesi SWIFT tvoje maticne banke kod koje imas racun, a novac ce vec nekako doci do njih, za to nemoj da brines...

Sort code, odnosno routing code, ti ne treba jer je to samo za racune u USA, kada koristis swift ovo drugo ti ne treba.

A za ovo ostao bank name bank address to popuni, jer se i to koristi kako bi se smanjio broj gresaka u transferima, a tamo gde pice 'bank acccount' tu stavi broj svog racuna.
