Dali QoS moze da radi ukoliko svi uredaji nemaju podrsku

Imam SBB ruter-modem(SBB EPC3925) koji pravi strasan ping kada se vise ljudi zakaci(tri laptopa, dva desktopa i par telefona)
Plan je da kupim-nabavim bolji ruter (wdr4300) i da ga spojim sa "ciskom" medjutim procitao sam da ako jedna od komponenti u lancu nema podrsku za QoS sve pada u vodu...
Ili ja nisam razumeo: "All the network elements along the path that prioritized traffic takes must support QoS. Such network elements include the sending and receiving hosts, Layer 2 (Data Link layer) network devices (bridges and switches), and Layer 3 (Network layer) network devices (routers), including routers used for wide area network (WAN) links. If a network device along this path does not support QoS, the traffic flow receives the standard first-come, first-served treatment on that network segment."
Dali ce to sto cisko nema Qos uticati na rezultat tj. ping odredjenjenh aplikacija kojima dam high priority na drugom ruteru???
