VoIP SW Developer for ComX
Our busy development department seeks creative and innovative colleagues in the field of VoIP.
The Job:
ComX has today a comprehensive VoIP platform based on Asterisk. This platform serves about 14.000 subscribers primarily in multi dwelling units. Currently Comx is analysing the quality of the voice services and need a strong candidate with deep knowledge about Asterisk, C++ and Linux based telephony systems. . In particular the focus is on the scripts and applications. The candidate has a sharp analytical understanding and ability to solve complex problems related to quality of voice. Problems like optimising Kernel software, improving Linux based operative systems and improving performance of Asterisk based VoIP systems is everyday to you. The candidate is fluent in English and able to perform independently.
Qualifications:
The applicant has minimum 2-3 years experience within following area’s
• Asterisk
• Linux
• Linux Kernel
Knowledge and good working experience within below disciplines are an advantage:
• VoIP Systems
• Analogue voice systems
• Data networking
Personal qualifications:
• Innovative
• Well structured
• Analytical
• Go for the result
• Can handle more tasks at the same time
• Team player but a strong will to perform independent
