Ma sve je bila zaj****ija... policija nije upadala, serveri nisu zaplenjeni.. to je samo bolesni smisao za humor :)
Radili su upgrade servera, tako da sada mogu da se skaliraju po potrebi... nesto kao google...

A website accused of directing users to pirated films, music and software has reopened days after Swedish authorities shut it down.
One of those operating the Pirate Bay site, Fredrik Neij, told the AFP news agency that it had reopened using servers in the Netherlands.
Swedish police targeted the site last Wednesday, seizing 200 servers.
Hackers later attacked the police website, forcing it to shut. It is not known whether the events are linked.
Hundreds of people protested in Stockholm on Saturday against the police raids on Pirate Bay.
Legislation
ThePirateBay.org has described itself as the largest search index for BitTorrent, a system used for sharing large files over the internet.
But critics in the entertainment industry argue it is a major source of music and film piracy.
The Pirate Bay says it does nothing wrong.
Its operators maintain that the site's function is to direct users towards the files that they search for and manage the uploads and downloads. The website itself does not hold any copyright files.
Sweden last year passed legislation banning the sharing of copyrighted material on the internet without royalty payment.
File sharing now carries a maximum two-year jail term.
About 50 Swedish police were involved in 10 raids last Wednesday.
Three people, including Mr Neij, were arrested and later released. They could still face charges.
The Pirate Bay became a dominant player in tracking BitTorrent files when another search index, SuprNova.org, closed in late 2004.
SuprNova.org shut down after a relentless campaign by the entertainment industry to close its operations.

Sva sreca da se dosta kvalitetnih stvari moze nac na IRC kanalima, a protiv toga se ne moze nista, posto nisu stvari tipa skines->instaliras->kliknes search->skidas, pa nisu na primarnoj meti kretenoida zvanih Hollywood.

Situacija sa Pirate Bay Internet sajtom se drastično zakomplikovala. Deset kompanija čiji su serveri, ispostavilo se bespravno, zaplenjeni od strane švedske policije, su odlučili da tuže vladu Kraljevine Švedske. U pitanju su kompanije koje su takođe pretrpele štetu nakon zaplene servera na kojima su se nalazili i njihovi podaci, a imali su tu nesreću da budu kod istog internet provajdera kod kojeg se nalazio i PirateBay. Iznosi koji se traže na ime odštete se kreću između 10 000 i 200 000 kruna po firmi. Švedska policija je odbila da objasni zbog čega su zaplenjeni serveri, pošto se ispostavilo da je sve rađeno bez osnova i bez sudskog naloga. PirateBay je nastavio sa radom sa područja Holandije pod imenom The Phoenix Bay, a trenutno se osposobljava za nastavak delovanja u Švedskoj.

We have a nice list with various problems that we are checking of one by one. Since we do this on our free time (we all have regular day jobs you know) everything cant be done at once. But the aim is always to make this beast the biggest, strongest and coolest site for filesharing in the world!

Swedish court orders shutdown of The Pirate Bay

A Swedish district court has ordered an Internet service provider there to stop servicing The Pirate Bay.
The most popular BitTorrent tracker in the world appeared to be inaccessible to many in the U.S. on Monday morning but the blog TorrentFreak reported that the site had found a new connection to the Web and there were reports from readers that they were able to log on to the site. Citing a source close to The Pirate Bay, TorrentFreak said that the tracker was still down but would be back up on Tuesday.
An executive with Black Internet told Swedish newspaper SvD that the court informed the company that it would either shut off The Pirate Bay or face penalties. The founders of The Pirate Bay were found guilty of copyright violations last April.
