CLOUD DEVOPS ENGINEER - Munich, Germany - full time - relocation
For our client, leading automotive service provider located in Munich, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
CLOUD DEVOPS ENGINEER
Tasks:
Will take an essential part in the creation of a high performance platform which will be developed from scratch
Use all of your expertise and creativity to support the autonomously working team developing the best solutions
Take a decisive role in designing, developing and implementing the automated deployment-setup of a container-based cluster in a cloud environment
Furthermore you maintain and take care of the CD/CI pipeline
Implement the automation of the software delivery process (with Puppet) as well as the infrastructure automation (with Terraform)
Positions requirements:
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Several years of experience in a technologically sophisticated environment (e.g. with high availability and/or high performance platforms – ideally in a startup-like dynamic setting)
Well versed in build automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (e.g. Jenkins)
Configuration management (with tools like Puppet or Chef, Salt, Ansible etc.) is no unknown territory to you
Experience working with Amazon Web Services or Google Compute Engine
Familiar with the intricacies of infrastructure automation (with Terraform or Boto)
Profound knowledge of at least one programming language like Python, Bash, Ruby, Java or Go
Some knowledge in working with containers (e.g. Docker) is very welcome
When it comes to new problems you like to develop exciting solutions and to share ideas
Keen on collaborating and being a part of a high performance team
Fluency in English and ready to learn German

Gross Salary Range: 55.000 -60.000
