Hiring an Online Marketing Manager - Entry level
The Online Marketing Manager should have a passion for online advertising and innovation. Will be part of the MediaBuying Team and report directly to the Project Manager. We are looking for a person who is hard working and well organized for full time employment. Dealing on a daily basis with real-time media buying, re-targeting strategies in order to send our ROI's through the roof. This person will be responsible for managing our paid online campaigns for our adult dating sites.
Requirements and skills:
Fluent in English (advanced level)
Be comfortable working with adult content
Working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Excel
Ability to work in a international working environment
Extremely proactive, organized, detailed
Focused, able to complete a large volume of work quickly
Problem solving: thinks in terms of possibilities
Flexible and quick learner
Conditions:
Work remotely from home
Working hours: Monday-Friday 4am-12pm EST (10-18h CET)
Long-term, full-time employment, this is NOT a part-time job

Must be available online through Skype during working hours
Salary:
US $500/month
Bonus skills - candidates with these skills will have advantage:
Background in marketing (preferably online marketing)
Understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA)
GoogleAds certificate

For all selected candidates there will be a short Q&A. There will be a test for the candidates who pass the first round (will receive an email with further instructions). After the test, the selected candidates will have an interview with the project manager. The latest start date will be November 15th.
