Technical Support / (2nd Level Support) - IvyExec- Preparing all kind of reports
- Executing database queries and generating reports afterwards
- Taking care of all equipment at the office, when it comes to it's functioning
- Taking care of all technical needs employees at the Belgrade office may have
- All kind of monitoring of servers and alerting
- Reading log files, emails sent from all the servers, processing and parsing log files and preparing meaningful reports on servers performance on daily basis
- Taking care of servers updates and patches
- Writing documentation of all actions taken and documentation on infrastructure
Desired Skills:
- At least theoretical understanding of SQL Query Plans, Query Profiling and Optimization
- Familiar with Linux/Unix based environment
- Knowledge of MySQL server installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of system monitoring and reporting (Nagios, Munin...)
- At least theoretical knowledge of Jasper Reports
- Candidate must be 100% professional, and be able to patiently and effectively communicate technical terms with audiences with varying skill levels, in person, on the phone, and via email
- Hands-on experience in maintaining Windows workstations and other office equipment
