Da, tu pricu o Atariju sam cuo, ima vec godinu dana ako ne i vise.
Momci su dolazili u Gameyus, koji je u to vreme uveliko finalizovao projekat.
To je u firmi shvaceno pre njihovog dolaska kao zelja za saradnjom, a i u svakom
slucaju upoznati se sa ljudima, posto nas nema vec previse koji se zanimamo za
ovu pricu.
Utisak koji su ostavili je, u najmanju ruku, neozbiljan. Ideja je bila da ih upoznamo
sa projektom i da vidimo cime se momci bave, i ukoliko bude prostora za saradnju da
se nesto i uradi. Demonstracija njihovog Unreal-killer engine-a koji Atari nestrpljivo
ocekuje je bila sokantna (da, njihova je tvrdnja da je engine koji imaju bolji od Unreal-a).
Sok je bio u tome sto je visla pokazao potpunu arogantnu nezaintresovanost za
pricu i projekat Gameyusa komentarisuci sve sto mu je pokazano sa "ah, to ste radili...",
kao neko ko je radio na 5-6 projekata pre toga. Sve to uz veliku zelju da ostavi utisak
velicine na clanove Gameyus tima demonstracijom svog killer engine-a koji je jedva
imao funkcionalno sencenje.
Sad, sta je tu je, pozoves ljude u goste i budes domacin, a kako se oni ponasaju
ide njima na dusu. U njegove razloge ne ulazim, niti me zanimaju, poenta cele price
je da je ovo daleko od ozbiljnog i da smatram da skupovi ovog tipa mogu nekoga
samo da odvrate od ideje da pravi igru.
Uz sve to, visla tvdi da je bio lead programmer na igri Total Annihilation koja je
izasla 1997, kada je on imao bednih 13 godina, ROTFLMAF
