Media Buyer- Kudos DOOWe are looking for a smart, passionate, and ambitious Media Buyer.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of growing online businesses, experienced in using conversion rate optimization, experience in setting up sales oriented funnels, following up emails, wireframes and alike.
Main Responsibilities:
*Conversion, Usability & Web Analytics
*Understanding clients and improving the online experience for them in order to increase conversion
*Analyzing customer behavior, evaluating key metrics, and staying on track with industry trends
*Optimizing the whole funnel through testing and targeting approaches including A/B testing, multivariate (MVT), and segmentation
*Managing conversion tests: plan, execute, analyze and follow up
*Landing Page Optimization
*Cooperating on cross-functionally with designer, content, and developers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Minimum 2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization
*Usability and design of high-converting webpages and sales funnels
*Carrying out split tests and multivariate tests on websites
*Experience in setting up email nurturing sequences
*Experience in Web Analytics tools such as Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics
*Solid understanding of web analytics
*Data driven, results oriented, and with excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent writing skills in English
*Fluency in English
*Initiative and hard working with a strong determination to succeed
*Team player with project management skills
*Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)
*Solid understanding of web-based applications and content management systems
*Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Affiliate Marketing
*Experience in Make Money industry
*Skills in HTML, CSS
*Additional languages: German, French, Spanish, Russian etc.
