THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Conversion, Usability & Web Analytics
• Understand the customer and improve the online experience for them to increase conversion
• Analyse customer behaviour, evaluate key metrics, and stay on track with industry trends
• Optimise the whole funnel through testing and targeting approaches including: A/B testing, multivariate
(MVT), and segmentation
• Manage conversion tests: plan, execute, analyse and follow up
• Landing Page Optimisation
• Cooperate cross-functionally with designer, content, and developers
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years experience of working hands on with conversion rate optimisation
• Usability and design of high-converting webpages and sales funnels.
• Carrying out split tests and multivariate tests on websites.
• Experience in setting up email nurturing sequences
• Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of web analytics
• Data driven, results oriented, and with excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent writing skills in english
• Initiative taking and hard working with a strong determination to succeed
• Team player with project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time
• Fluent in English
POSSIBLE ADVANTAGES:
• Solid understanding of web-based applications and content management systems
• Experience of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and/or Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Affiliate
Marketing
• Experience in Make Money industry
• Skills in HTML, CSS
• Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Russian etc.)
REPORTING:
• Weekly and monthly follow up on conversion tests, results, and implementation
