Pozdrav,
Želeo bi da koristim youtube na komercionalnom sajtu, dakle embend kod sa youtuba (pravno lice).

Da li neko može da mi protumači:

" 4. General Use of the Service—Permissions and Restrictions

Da li može pravno lice da koristi youtube embend video na firminom sajtu. Sadržaj koji bi bio embendovan je vlasništvo firme (firma ima autorska prava za video).

Da li ja mogu da koristim video materijal koji sam ja pravio i koji se nalazi na najpoznatijem free for use video sajtu, na svom komercijalnom sajtu koji je takođe u mom vlasništvu, baš kao i video klip?

Ja sam tako razumeo pitanje.
A mislim da ti odgovor i ne treba.
