Audit ntfs permissions na Windows 2k fajl server

I have been given a task to complete at work. It involves auditing the dirictory structure and current folder permissions on our Win2k file servers. Is there a utility that I can download which will scan and dump this information into a spreadsheet or test file to save me countless hours of work?
