DevOps Engineer - Berlin, Germany - full time
For our client, an online platform offering membership programs to improve one’s wellbeing, health and fitness, who is operating in Berlin, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
DEVOPS ENGINEER
Tasks:
• Ensure that the architecture and infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are stable and build as well as maintain the CI infrastructure
• Assist the Product Managers and the development team members in planning each release
• Ensure proper integration of all feature branches for each release and perform deployments and DevOps activities for the platform in live environment
• Responsible for doing post-release communication to all stakeholders, build tools for monitoring and deployments and automate the build pipeline
Positions requirements:
• University degree in technical engineering, business informatics, computer science
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and system engineering with a proven track record of scalable IT projects
• Expert in the most Amazon AWS features, Puppet, YAML, infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in using tools to measure and improve performance and efficiency of our stack
• Enjoy working in a team environment and are eager to learn new technologies
• Natural problem-solver, take ownership for infrastructure architecture quality
• Fluency in English
