Outsourcing kompaniji hitno potrebna dva radnika na poslovima tehničke podrške (Level 1 & 2) na teritoriji Beograda i uže okoline.
Opis poslova (Windows okruženje)
- Daily support for users of IT systems of the Client
- Setup of working environment, installation and setup of shared resources according to user profile
- Installation and configuration of workstations including system and application software
- Installation and configuration of passbook printers, scanners, card readers, and multifunctional devices
- Solving of HW and SW problems, reinstallation of Operating systems, replacement of malfunctioned hardware components
- Resolution of tickets reported through services within defined SLA. Where possible, problem should be resolved through remote desktop connection,otherwise, field work is expected
- Technical support for vendors during installation of multifunctional devices, leased line modems, and VoIP devices
