[Anoxtech] Senior PHP DeveloperAs member of an independent Scrum team, developing and maintaining new and existing features for our Custom Portal Operator system and hosted Voice platform.
Responsible for designing, developing and implementing new products en services.
Daily maintenance of the Customer Portal Operator system and the hosted Voice platform.
Responsibility for analysing, developing and testing new features and the resolution of any detected bugs or issues.
Quickly and effectively detect and resolve bugs in personally developed code. As needed, evaluate products developed by team members with the aim of recreating/maintaining these in the future.
Provide support for major projects within the team/department. Effectively lead a Scrum team and accept responsibility for the team’s performance.
As a senior member of a Scrum team, responsible for delivering the features which the individual/team have committed to.
Actively coaching junior and medior developers on adopting software engineering best practises
Able to view of ongoing projects holistically, taking short and long-term developmental decisions into account, whilst thinking ‘outside the box’.
Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate these clearly to the business and development team(s).
Job requirements:
HBO qualification
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with object oriented developing
Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
Knowledge of PHP 5 en MySQL
Knowledge of XML, HTML en CSS
Knowledge of JavaScript en AJAX technology
Experience with ORM (e.g. Propel) is a plus
Experience with VoIP is a plus
Basic knowledge of Linux
Proactive with an entrepreneurial work attitude
Team player and able to accept responsibility for the team’s performance and improvement.
Actively share personal technical knowledge with the team/department.
Strong, flexible mind-set with the ability to mentor and motivate others.
