PRODUCT MANAGER (Belgrade)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in IT industry, especially in mobile solutions and application development
• Proven experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation
• Understanding of users, market, the competition and future trends
• Experience with Agile software development - SCRUM
• BSc in Information Technology or related field
• Project management, group facilitation, and time management skills
• Written and spoken fluency in English, as well as excellent communication skills
• Software development background is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and integrate new products and services in mobile industry
• Identify and present innovative and creative ideas
• Manage in-life product performance
• Identify the business and operational requirements
• Manage internal development processes with SCRUM
• Lead the development team, approval, training, and communication of new product changes
