[NS] Exceptional Rails and/or JavaScript Developer
GlobeX Data S.A. from Switzerland provides solutions and services to securely manage and store highly confidential electronic data in the cloud. We are a global company, with clients in all parts of the world. We are in the process of expanding our development team in Novi Sad, Serbia with Ruby and JavaScript developers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will become a part of an agile and collegial team of top notch software engineers and designers with the mission to develop and evolve existing cloud reliant services, as well as creating new and exciting products for GlobeX Data.

This is a full-time position in our office in Novi Sad, Serbia. But for the right candidate, even part-time and/or remote work may be possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Being self-driven in the intent to contribute to the architecture and evolution of our products with creative input as well as just pure coding
• Doing what it takes to deliver creative and elegant solutions to complex problems as they appear
• Work within the parameters of agile development respecting the need for good communication in an environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life
• Continually be on the lookout for opportunities to improve our products, process and business
REQUIREMENTS:
• General full stack web development expertise
• Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong JS/jQuery skills
• TDD or BDD
• Exposing and consuming REST APIs
• Git
NICE-TO-HAVES:
• Jasmine, CoffeeScript, SproutCore experience
• Experience creating HTML5/CSS3 websites for mobile devices
• Automated integration testing (Cucumber, Webrat, Capybara, Selenium) experience
• Rich browser-based development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS) experience
• Contributions to OpenSource projects
