Search Engine Guru
We are looking for a senior developer who has significant experience with search engines such as Sphinx and Solr/Lucene. We are a recruitment company and at the core of our offering is the ability to provide highly targeted search results to job seekers and employers alike. We are looking for a Search Guru who will help choose the most suitable search engine Sphinx or Solr, and then help to configure and set up the search engine in the most effective manner.
Requirements:
o Minimum: 7-10 years of relevant experience
o Significant experience with PHP5 and MySQL (LAMP stack)
o In-depth knowledge of Sphinx and/or Solr/Lucene
o Strong background in OO architecture and MVC design
Salary: competitive
Duration: project assignment for 2-3 months. Position can turn into a full-time position.
