We are looking for an experienced developer responsible for all aspects of design, development, testing and support of applications built with Adobe Flex (3 and 4). Successful candidates will show good problem solving skills, have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.

Position Responsibilities

1. Responsible for solution design and development using Adobe Flex, AIR.
2. Execute and support unit/integration testing. Assist with the design of test cases and with the resolution of defects found during testing.
3. Attend architecture, design and code reviews.
4. Troubleshoot issues with code delivered to production.
5. Determine technical solutions to meet business requirements, analyze the programs that need to be written or revised, and estimate the time and resources needed to complete the project/assignment.
6. Determine appropriate technologies to solve business and system problems.

Position Requirements

- Experience in using MVC frameworks
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and creating optimal solutions
- Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with many levels of technical and business acumen
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to learn and master new software technologies and products
- Proficient in Requirements gathering, analyzing and understanding
- Mentor junior team members
- Follow and enforce SDLC
