Technical Consultant/Java Senior Developer

Aiming to provide high quality IT services in the region and globally, primarily in the TIBCO area but also working with other BPM and SOA technologies.
Position:
As a Technical Consultant and/or Senior Developer you will have the opportunity to work with the cutting edge technologies and with clients in various vertical industries ranging from Telecommunications to Financial Services. You will gain exposure to latest technologies and frameworks governed by BPM and SOA principles. The position may require a lot of travel, both national and international, as we work with clients across the globe.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
* 4+ years in JAVA
* 3+ years of working experience in some of Struts2, Spring MVC, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis…
* knowledge of J2EE APIs (JSP, Portlets, JSF, JMS, JAXB, JDBC…)
* knowledge of presentation layer - JavaScript, CSS, AJAX...
* very good experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP...
* good understanding of RDBMS and SQL programming
* tools/projects like Eclipse, Ant, Maven, SVN, Tomcat, MySQL...
* Familiar with Agile Software Development
* UML, Design patterns
Nice to have/Prefered skills:
* any experience with TIBCO products
* good understanding of BPM, SOA and ESB principles
* any experience with Alfresco, Liferay platforms
* understanding of Document Management principles
* experience with UNIX, Linux
* experience with Oracle DB, Oracle AS/BEA Weblogic, JBoss, IBM Websphere...
