Your main responsibilities will include
Remote administration and maintenance of CISCO switches and routers for large networks.
Customer management (receiving inbound calls)
Pro-active network management (network alert monitoring)
Problem Isolation (troubleshooting)
Escalation management
Analyzing network problems
Complex configurations of routers and switches
Nobody is perfect, But the ideal candidate has
At least 1 year practical knowledge of CISCO switches and routers configuration
At least CCNA certificate
Knowledge of troubleshooting
English language on communicative level + 1 of the above stated languages (fluent)
