Senior Software Developer / Team Leader
Leversys is developing sophisticated system solutions for trading, analysis and risk management of equities, fixed income and derivatives for investment funds and banks.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Software Developer / Team Leader to help us establish, grow and manage our Belgrade development team that will provide service to our London-based clients.
The role will be based in Belgrade, with initial 3-6 months spent in London on client’s site and subsequent occasional trips to London.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, and will have considerable experience in a software development role, including the following skills:
• Team Leadership / Project Management
• .NET Framework (either VB.NET and/or C#)
• SQL Server 2005
• Visual Basic 6
• Agile methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and team interaction skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Produces high-quality work to strict deadlines
• Ability to work under own initiative
In addition, experience of any of the following would be highly desirable:
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Web Services/SOAP
• COM+
• Microsoft Office
No previous financial experience is necessary, meaning this is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge of sophisticated financial markets and related technology solutions.
