The Project Manager will be responsible for client satisfaction, quality of work and project profitability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years + experience of project management and strong proficiency in following is required:
- Programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, .NET Platform, FPDF
- Web: HTML, DTHML, VBScript, JavaScript
- Database: MS SQL, mySQL
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to think outside of the box and look for alternate solutions to problems
- Superior Serbian and English verbal and written communication skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels
- Extreme attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work very productive under high pressure
- Strong Initiative
- Process driven and deadline motivated
- Ability to build teams and partnerships, and facilitate conflict
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience project managing marketing and tech projects desired
- Experience leading meetings/workout sessions/gathering business requirements
- Master Degree in an IT business related field or equivalent
- A background check is mandatory
Essential Functions:
- Manage cross-functional teams (sales, design, engineering, front end developers and ad operations) to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing and ad development projects
- Define metrics for success. Run analysis and reports to evaluate performance of products. Develop plan of action for optimization based on metrics
- Work with sales to create and execute new programs to increase revenue
- Work with design and engineering to architect and develop new products, and enhance existing products
- Manage the eNaplata.com and all related websites to update content and make enhancements, review and approve content and images before releasing
- Concept development, gather business requirements, define objectives, and manage timeline and resources to ensure that projects are executed successfully in a timely manner
- QA products prior to launch to ensure specifications are met
- Create marketing materials to support sales initiatives, including but not limited to, brochures, presentations, online content
- Work with partners to address their needs and develop supporting marketing materials
- Maintains operations project schedules and provides status updates to senior management
Salary:
$3.000,- / $36.000 Yearly
