Guidance ad - Belgrade has following vacancies for the project in the area of banking and insurance in Netherlands. Eligibility criteria include years of experience, performance rating and other specialties. Please note that the positions stated below may need availability to travel and relocate.
1. Business Analyst for Anti Money Laundering Solutions
• Experience of 3 to 6 years in the field of risk and compliance.
• Specific experience with Anti Money Laundering solutions.
• Excellent English Communication skills
• Strong Client liaison and relationship development skills
2. Solution Architect
Proficient in one or more of the listed technologies:
• Experience of implementing multiple architectures using Lotus Notes domino, Java / J2EE, Business Objects, Web services with a total experience of 6-7 years.
• Experience of understanding, complying, propagating and supporting creation of Enterprise Architecture for global organizations in the BFS domain.
• Experience on SOA implementation using Microsoft technology
• Understanding Database design and modeling
• Good understanding of Banking domain.
• Understanding of Anti Money Laundering products will be a plus.
• Good Communication & Coordination Skill
3. Application Programmers
Proficient in one or more of the listed technologies:
• Associates with 3 – 6 years of total experience in one of the various client server technologies like Lotus Notes Domino, Webservices, Java/J2EE, Business Objects, SQL. Axiom, Hyperion, SAP, BASEL II implementation.
• Associates with 3-5 years of experience with specific banking products like MANTAS and Fircosoft or an equivalent Anti Money Laundering product.
• Understanding of IT domain and processes like, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Functional Testing, Documentation, etc
• Excellent English Communication skills, problem tracing and solving skills.
• Strong Client liaison and relationship development skills
• Banking domain knowledge a plus.
4. Project Managers
Proficient in one or more of the listed technologies:
• Total IT experience of 4 to 6 years of delivery experience in support, enhancement & development of IT applications.
• Excellent Communication, Coordination & Negotiation skills and skills in managing client expectations.
• Strong Client liaison and relationship development skills
• Banking domain experience a must. Compliance and Risk Exposure will be a plus.
• Should be conversant with all the Quality process like IQMS, IPMS and ITIL service management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, etc.
5. Functional Consultant and Techno Functional Consultant
Proficient in one or more of the listed technologies:
• Associates with 5 – 7 years of total experience with SAP.
• Understanding of IT domain and processes like, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Functional Testing, Documentation, etc
• Excellent English Communication skills, problem tracing and solving skills.
• Strong Client liaison and relationship development skills
• Banking domain knowledge a plus.
