Konacno odgovor zasto nema PAYPAL-a iz Srbije !!!!!

Na moje uporno insistiranje, konacno sam dobio e-mail od PayPal koji nije template i u kome se objasnjava zbog cega nas nema na listi PayPal-a.
Problem su ekonomske sankcije sa liste U.S Office of
Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
e-mail od PalPal prenosim u celini:
"Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your concerns. I am
happy to assist you further.
PayPal is a US based company and, as such, it is the policy of PayPal to
fully comply with all economic sanctions as listed by the Office of
Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). As an individual you may be exempted from
the US Sanctions control measures due to your citizenship or an official
capacity.
In order to comply with sanctions regimes, however, PayPal is unable to
grant access to Internet Service Providers (ISP) from sanctioned
countries because they are automatically blocked at the server level. As
an internet company, we cannot monitor, restrict or grant access to
individual accounts based on their account holder's status. We have
therefore made a business decision to restrict all access from OFAC
sanctioned countries.
Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception in your case. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may have caused.
