Searching for a web designer

Company from Slovenia is searching for a web designer for designing simple company presentation web pages and e-commerce sites. The designer will be responsible for delivering mockups for first presentations, complete design and slice the design to get a HTML inplementation of the design.
Needed skils:
Doesn't matters in what program do you work. Counts only the final design in HTML form.
Pay:
The price depends on each project. The money will be transwered by wire transfer the next day the design is done.
