HELP nesto oko shell i FTP

Evo ovako kaze instrukcije:

E sada ja nemam shell access na serveru samo FTP, kako da promjenim ovo koristeci FTP client?

Naravno linux server.

FTP podržava chmod komandu, čak se i isto zove (chmod).
