plusCONNECT Telecom is an SMS messaging company based in the United Kingdom.
The company has a requirement to develop a series of WAP sites and seeks to
outsource this development to a reputable IT Development Company.
plusCONNECT shall assess tenders based on quality, cost and English
communication.
Technical info: The WAP site shall be circa >50 pages with content updated
weekly. The WAP site shall make use of device recognition and serve
appropriate device specific content. Access to sections of the WAP site
will require passwords. Servers run on Linux with SQL database.
Timing: Tenders close 10 March 2005 with final meetings in Belgrade on 11
March 2005.
