For our client, who is operating in Hamburg, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
TECH LEAD
Tasks:
• Responsible for the technical side of our company
• Lead a team of developers
• Act as a link between business and development teams
• Balance technical and business needs and prioritize projects accordingly
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science with a strong theoretical background
• Proven track record with Javascript
• Good experience with Node.js
• First leadership experience
• Ability to handle pressure
• Experience interacting directly with stakeholders from the business side
• Experience working in an agile, international and interdisciplinary environment
• Keen to take responsibility for the system
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Self-starter who gets things done
• Fluent in English
