M4 Systems is a multi-disciplinary professional services and software development organisation, operating in the IT industry since 2000. Our Development department is mainly situated in Belgrade, and we have open position for:

UI/UX Developer

Main Responsibilities:
• Design highly-usable user interfaces for our cloud-based solutions
• Be able to provide constructive feedback for existing UIs and find ways to make them better.
• To arrive at the best design, our new UX person must be able to quickly generate design alternatives and iteratively refine storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and live prototypes.
• Will have a passion for creating interfaces that empower our end-users.
• Will be detail-oriented and demonstrate a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Be able to effectively communicate and interact with stakeholders, product managers, and developers.

Required Technical skills:
 Excellent knowledge about HTML5 and at least one JavaScript UI framework : ExtJS, AngularJS, jQuery, Ember, Backbone… etc (experience with ExtJS is a plus)

Technical skills:
 Good knowledge about Web Server programming technologies (node.js, go, php…)
