[full time] Flash Developer, Advertising OperationsThe flash developer is responsible for design, development and conversion of rich media assets served in the Ad Platform. Additionally, the Flash developer will provide creative support to clients and ensure design and implementation meet specifications.
Day-to-Day Activities include:
* Work with adserving tools and templates to implement and support all ad formats
* Ensure quality creative conversions and timely delivery of all campaigns and that ads meet publisher specifications
* Design and create Flash and video projects for clients
* Provide sales with creative consultation and support on new campaigns
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Three years of experience in Macromedia Flash, including ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0
* Capable of converting digital video into multiple formats
* Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
* Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML a plus
* Experience with ad serving a plus
* Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
* Self-directed; takes initiative
* Fluent in English language - both written and conversational
* Having online portfolio is a plus
