Piraeus Bank is currently expanding its operations in Serbia and is looking for highly qualified professionals for the positions in FINANCE & IT DIVISION:
Telecom Engineer (Ref. no TE)
Description:
We need individual specialized and experienced in telecommunications, network infrastructure and Cisco equipment, and that can handle voice and data traffic to be exchanged effectively and efficiently among bank employees and organization units.
Duties:
- Monitor the operation and performance of the data and voice telecommunications network of the bank
- Monitor the availability of the network resources
- Act in order to resolve network problematic situations (equipment malfunction, network congestion, bottle necks...)
- Installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls and other telecoms equipment
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Voice/PBX equipment
- Follow the correct execution of SLA agreements with third party telecom providers
- Design for future network expansion and perform capacity planning
- Connect to the network peripheral devices such as ATM's, EFT/POS's etc
Skills / Knowledge:
- In depth understanding and working knowledge of Cisco routers, protocols and routing techniques
- Good knowledge of Cisco IP telephony and VoIP technologies
- Knowledge of security concepts and experience in installation of Pix / ASA firewalls
- Deep understanding TCP/IP networks
- Understanding of VSAT technologies
- Familiarity and working experience with at least one network monitoring tool is preferable
- Experience with Alcatel PBX is an advantage
Base Line Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field or extensive equivalent working experience
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral)
- Cisco certifications will be consider as an advantage
Network Administrator (Ref. no NA)
Description:
This individual have to manage Microsoft Active Directory environment with Exchange server integrated, should be experienced in administrative tasks in large networks (10+ servers, 100+ workstations), with excellent English and preferably working experience in international company.
Duties:
- Monitor the operation and performance of Windows AD network
- Maintenance users and their access rights
- Maintenance of Exchange server(s)
- Definition and implementation of group policies across domain
- Monitoring availability of network resources
- Permanent identification of security threats
- Manage data security and backup procedures and their violations
- Install and configure servers, workstations
- Maintenance of AV software, WSUS and ISA
- Managing backups
- Experience in automation and administrative tasks
- Follow the correct execution of SLA agreements
- Design for future network expansion and perform capacity planning
Skills / Knowledge:
- In depth understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft AD concept
- Experience with Windows 2003 server installations and advanced configurations
- Knowledge and working experience of TCP/IP networks
- Experience with MS Exchange servers management
- Familiarity and working experience with some network monitoring tool (such as HP Openview, IBM Tivolli, etc) will be considered as advantage
- Experience with backup software
- WMI, script languages
