I have a Internet connection from 2 ISP but from one ISP i have just Download and from second ISP i have just Upload and i want to ask u is it possible, in the Router to bisect Download and Upload and my Client to have a Internet with upload and Download....
Can anybody tell me how is it possible to do with Mikrotik or another Linux

Then the sattelite ISP should provide you with an ip address of some router, gateway, proxy, whatever.. that is able to accept your packets/requests and do the asymetric routing. This is usually done by making a VPN connection to such a gateway, and after that connection is established, no more download goes through your ISP2 (upload-only) connection (although it has to let a few packets in both direction in order to establish the VPN completely). Another way is by using a http proxy (provided by the satellite ISP) that is configured to accept your requests and provide the answers through the other connection (usually to the multicast address set on your satellite modem).

These connections usually come with some sort of manual because there is no standardized setup - each ISP chooses it's own way for doing asymetric routing.

I'm not sure about Linux or Microtik, but on Cisco routers you can configure interface to be transmit-only...

Look, Cisco 1600 series can help you out, but if you don't wanna spend to much money on equipment buy a mikrotik router and define over either queues or interface settings witch card will handle upload and witch download.
