What you will do:
Develop strategy and architecture for high performance and highly available web applications
Transform our website to a state of the art platform for the classifieds market
Together with your team you will write code that is used by millions of users
Help define, develop, and test new features to help shape the web presence of Shpock
Who are we looking for?
You have 5+ years of experience in professional web development
You have expert knowledge in PHP/OOP, Javascript, HTML & CSS
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP
Knowledge of Node.js and MongoDB are a plus
You have experience in working on high traffic websites
You have a good understanding of web & mobile applications and current trends
You are eager to (self) learn new things
You will help your team develop their skills and improve in different areas of work
You quickly find new solutions based on requirements
You are a team player with good written and spoken English skills

Austrian law requires us to post the minimum salary, which is EUR 33,600 gross per year. Of course we are willing to pay more based on your qualifications and experience. We will treat your application in strict confidence.
