About Us
Fired Up Digital is a USA digital marketing agency with 5 staff in Boston, New Orleans and Novi Sad working for US-based clients helping them sell their products and services. We specialize in SEO and PPC with our big focus being on SEO for small and medium businesses.
But we need your help, we have multiple SEO clients with physical locations and we are looking for a SEO Specialist with a strong analytical background and SEO expertise to lead SEO efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing the strategy, measurement and execution of SEO efforts and will play a pivotal role as we look to aggressively grow our business.
Hours: Starting part time of 20 hours a week, and expect to progress to full time with flexible hours after you prove you can succeed in this role.
Job Requirements
You are a person who:
• Lives and breathes SEO and stays informed on what is working now
• Analyze recommend and implement new strategies based on website analytics and tracking data. You have an ROI mindset
• Uses white hat methods since we work with client sites
• Has a good understanding of on-site and off-site factors, including link building that is working today
• Knows how to use SEO tools - From MOZ to more complex tools
• Understands HTML
• Knows CMS technologies (WordPress, Drupal or similar)
• At least 4 years of search engine marketing with demonstrated experience and proven success managing client projects.
• Is execution focused and is able to multitask
• Have good written and spoken skills in U.S. English
• Have a stable Internet connection and your own computer.

• Be able to problem solve and communicate with the rest of the team
What you will do:
• Create and implement a SEO strategy to get results for clients
• Work with Local SEO clients to incorporate best SEO practices
• Perform audits for new clients, analyze Google bot crawls, and put together reports for clients
• Compile and present SEO performance reports
• Do keyword research not just to see what keywords the client needs, but think through what would be best for the client
• Create & update title/meta tags, robot.txt file, sitemaps and Schema
• Set up and use Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools to analyze how well the site is performing
• Communicate with the rest of the team and the Project Manager.
Bonus Experience
The following is a list of experiences that would make for an ideal candidate. These are great to have, but not required.
• PPC (Pay Per Click) experience is a plus. We work with clients on to plan, place, track and optimize their AdWords, digital network and social media advertising.
• Experience working with remote teams using tools such as Google Hangouts and Basecamp.
• Experience developing written documentation of your work
• Ability to work with mobile optimization and create best practices
