- Stay up to date on the latest social trends
- Create content and schedule, i.e. write material for social media channels
- Motivate and engage users daily; create excitement around community initiatives
- Develop email marketing blasts
- Update client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations
- Assist with client communications and standardizing marketing materials
- Maintain overall client’s online presence

It would be really nice if you have (but not mandatory):
- Some sort of university degree
- Experience in working with communities (online and offline) - social media, forums, event management.
- Knowledge of Social Media, PR and Marketing
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
- Strong customer service ethics and practices
