Senior Project Manager ERP - Berlin, Germany
For our client who is operating in Berlin, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ERP
Tasks:
- Responsible for taking charge and closely monitoring of small to large, mission critical ERP adjustment projects from their original concept right through to their final implementation
- Actively lead and motivate other team members, resolve project conflicts and manage the day-to-day activities of projects
- Lead the integration of financial and controlling business processes in our Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system
- Define business processes with stakeholders, manage user reviews und coordinate requirements
- Write concepts, model business processes using techniques like BPMN, participate in team reviews of design artifacts, make changes as required and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate
- Assist in writing test cases for business requirements and participate during testing to make sure that project team delivers the projects as specified and in the quality you would expect
- Continuous rethink the internal processes for ERP adjustments and team coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Computer Science and/or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in project management, support, quality assurance and implementation of financial and controlling processes in ERP projects
- Preferable knowledge of modern agile project management techniques
- Strong knowledge of finance and controlling practices, procedures and business processes
- Strong organizational skills and accurate, structured and independent way of working
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Navision or other ERP environments such as SAP or Microsoft AX is advantageous
- Fluency in English
